EDITED DATES

Hello!
OK sorry for the delays.
Let me give you the confirmed information:

The Class BBQ Chalet will be held on:
25th of October.

It will be held in Downtown east Chalet, near the Escape Theme Park, Wild Wild Wet.

I am booking a 3 day 2 night chalet, which means the chalet will start on 24th of October, and 25th is the main BBQ day, and 26th is the packing up day.
You are welcome to stay over.

For those who can't stay for 2 nights, it's okay, if you can stay over, I'd suggest on 25th to 26th, where we would usually stay up and have some games, and on 1th we pack up and clean.

On 24th, it is just for some of the people (who can stay over for 2 nights) to come and prepare everything, unpack everything and arrange things. After we're done, there would definitely be time, so we would either go to WWW or Escape (since there are free tix) and have fun, before the big day (18th) comes :)

Each person would have to pay $10, I'm afraid.
If it is really too expensive for most of you, it is possible to negotiate it lower.
I hope you guys can come!

I haven't booked the Chalet yet, as I want a confirmed number of people, more or less, coming to the BBQ.
Right now I estimate around 30, or not 25.

:D I'll be asking around on Monday for your attendance OK?

I will bring up the list of things you guys can help to provide asap.
One thing for sure, is GAMES! XBox, Wii, Playstation, you know, you know.
No liquour, no gambling (but there's still poker card/uno games lah).

I might also need some of you guys to provide some BBQ necessities, like the skewer, the pit tray, some paper plates, or any sorts.
If you guys have any suggestions for the Chalet, feel free to bring it up!

Though seriously, try to think more realistically, like example if you want to suggest us to go to WWW all together, please think about the expense for the others, and also the safety, and imagining a class going into WWW together!

I definitely wouldn't want anyone to go disappearing somewhere else in one group, saying you guys go awhile later come back. If that's the point, why bother coming to the BBQ? Just go to the downtown east area and walk around all you want, so I hope you guys can co-operate on that point :D

Teachers are welcome to come, please tell us too if you are interested and able to come!

In the mean time, however, English & Chinese exams down!
1 more week till our main papers, and soon we'll be blasting off to relaxinggggg enjoyinggggg and breakkk from all the school buzz!

Once again, to summarise:
The BBQ will be on the 25th of October, and as it's a 3 day 2 night chalet, you can choose to stay over, most recommendedly on 25th - 26th. The chalet starts on 24th, which is usually a day to unpack, and have some small fun. On 25th is the BBQ day, you can choose to come earlier to help out, or come on the BBQ time. On 26th is where we pack up and eat breakfast together.

The timing for the BBQ itself on 18th should be starting from about 5 till 9, OK?
I'll get you the address, the exact location picture & information, and the items you need to bring ASAP.
You, on the other hand, provide me with the information too!

Attendance, committee, staying over.

The school holidays will start on 24th of October if I am not wrong.
I made the Chalet earlier cos it's convenient for the foreigners to come attend too, and incase for people who has activities on the weedays. :)

If it happens to be on a school day, on Friday, than those who're in the committee/willing to come, will come after changing and school.
